Buying Long Term: we are beginning here at 119 support the long term bullish strategy. We can still pull back to 115 next week and we wish to to accumulate further bullish bets by legging into a cDS 155 March 2014. But that position were not entering into just yet. Instead were beginning with a butterfly that will latter share its short leg with the future cDS.
So entering Mar 2014 cB 145 160 175 at .95-1.05 Spread. This play makes profits above 145 next year and gives us plenty of flexibility into the future. Max profit and this is unlikely top happen exactly here but its 1400% .
