Buying Long Term: pandora entering long leg of P December of this year 15 pDS with .25 spread in mind. We started bearish strategy for next year a week ago, and now that earnings are behind us we must focus more aggressively bearishly. By focusing on december, we give time for the Apple iRadio to come out, plus we give it time to impact the next earnings . Its a sweet spot date with a very reachable area. Larger picture we believe that next year Pandora could fall all the way back to 4 bucks, for once AAPL gets in the game GOOG will be sure to follow and P can end up were tivo is today. Replaced by products from the provider of the product. I have more on this in the vision stocks section. Again we enter only the long leg today making this a very big position, and we enter the short leg in the future possibly a month or month an a half away if we get bearish follow trough. and since its long term we can keep the the mental stop at 2x oversized so a .50 loss.
