FSLR long possibly 400

FSLR long term I see this as a play on the possible coming cap and trade focuse that should get further push due to the oil spill and if it was to pass then we speak of hundreds and yes I repeat, hundreds not millions but billions going into alternative energy solutions especially solar, so the potential here I se as if legislation is focused on and passed a company like FSLR, within 2 years I would expect to see at 400 bucks. again this is all about weather or not something like cap and securities on emissions are made where pollution costs oil and coal companies and the money is directly moved into clean solutions and making them cheaper and on the other hand eating into the extraordinary profits coal and oil have seen without end thus far.
