Buying Swing: making a bullish bet on SPY by buying SPY 194 calls at .70 area same contract amount as the 196 calls with the intent of double shorting the 195 calls before the close. We right now have a 196 196.50 cDS, the intention here is to remove the short leg of the debit here at .07 area this way were free to create a butterfly by entering 195 double short before the close. were creating a SPY 194 195 196 cOB call open body butterfly.
