Selling Swing: AGGRESSIVE STRATEGY
we made the 85 pB larger by adding twice the short leg of what we had earlier added 87.50 and 80 long legs today. This ends up doubling the size of the butterfly and brining the oversized from 60 to .30. This means max profit now is closer to 15x oversized max profit profit if we were to get a perfect push down to 85 magnet into friday expire. Again if we get sideways action we lose on both the 101 cB and this 85 pB. If we lose this week then the implied volatility into next week should go down dramatically. This would give us higher % returns posebiletys into next week , so strategy is to continue to position with volatility in mind into next week even if those bets failed this week.
