Buying Swing: bought earlier next week long leg of next week 135 130 pDS at 2.40 area wit 1.30 spread in mind. It was a intake not to double short the 160 leg at 4.00 when we could of yesterday on the calls to create a closed body butterfly, now the 165 kicker works against us and the pullback to 135 that we were looking for seams to be in the cards. On this week weeklies If we fall to 135 we will still look to short the 140 puts leg since we hold the long 135 leg but the 140 would have to reach 5.50 area. that position is unlikely to lead to a bounce into the close to allow such a play to make us much but we would still try. Now for next week we have more time and would only look to create a debit into the close as to remain with a bearish hedge .
