Buying Swing: ok this was an eventual morning with 777% Oversized profit. We posted the tweets real time at open but here are the clears. We saw the pullback on at open as a bounce opportunity so we started by buying the long leg of a 205 207.50 cDS at .76-1.00 area with a .45 spread in mind. Once we bounced many 15 min latter we did as the strategy pre market dictated entered into a 200 calls short same contract amount at 6.00 area. This by then was a credit spread with no risk of loss. Once we fell back to opening levels we locked in the 200 short leg at 2.50 area. Thats a full 7.77 X OVERSIZED PROFIT.
Now that we only had the long leg we added to the 205 long leg at .50 area enough to bring the spread in mind down to .35 cents. If we have the opportunity to create a credit spread again with no more than 1x risk we would pull the trigger one more time.
