Buying Swing: next week strategy, buying 530 calls at 3.20 area same contract amount as the long 540. creating 535 cOB open body butterfly by also locking in profits on the 545 short leg at .95 area. we had a 540 cDS overnight but we wish to have a lower butterfly moving forward . The intention is to be intraday bullish and before the close enter into a double short 535 calls for next week. This would actually result in a net credit on todays new position once the short is in.
