Buying Swing: buying NFLX 225 Feb puts at .45 area and shorting NFLX 245 Feb calls at 2.10 area both OVERSIZED initial entrys into a new bearish move on NFLX. multiday negatives on on my formulas on the verge of clearing and if they were to clear a sharp fall could come from here. If we have sideways action the short on calls can help us deal with depreciation since friday is options expire for Febs. With todays downgrade perhaps some are starting to get wise to this hugely overvalued stock and more downgrades may come following Morgan Stanley.
