.buying swing GM at 1.32 2X oversized stock stake. the new proposal dose give the government a huge stake of GM as well as giving the rest to the union and bond holders left with 15% roughly but now that the hoc committee representing institutional investors supported the terms this would mean doing away with the need for bankruptcy if they can persuade the rest of the bond holders to follow sute. at a buck im willing to load up even if very few shares are left for the rest of us.
