115 118 120 cCB where the long legs are next week and the short is the week after
It's a reverse calendar butterfly with one wing closer to the body than the other.
117 119 121 cB next week
Because brokers don't understand reverse calendars and the fact that the risk is fully covered , they require a lot of margin.
STRATEGY 2 AAPL
For those with smaller accounts the strategy would be
115 116 117 cB
117 119 121 cB same contract amount as the 116 cB
120 call kicker strait long again same contract amount
